Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey
Unwarrented firing
I am employed by an orthopedic surgeon who is systematiclly firing all his staff and bringing in new people because of a personal embarassment. In essence, he can't look at any of us anymore so he's bringing in new people who are not ''in the loop''. I am 11 months away from being vested in my pension and will recieve $0 if i am terminated before my vesting.
