Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in New Jersey
misrepresented by my attorney
My attorney said I was not entitled
to alimony because I live in a nursing home. I now was informed I can have $2000.00 in my account and my husband who abandon me
is not paying me any money. It cost
$300 for me to be transported can I appeal my divorce.
