Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in New Jersey
reading of a will
my father in law mentioned before he died that all the children were in his will. It has been over a year since he died and his wife(my husbands step-mom) has not said a thing and is spending up a storm. How do we find out what was in his will? He lived and died in New Hampshire we are in New Jersey.

Re: reading of a will
If his will wa sprobated it is on record in the county where he lived prior to his death; also, his attorney may have a copy. You should act quickly to ensure that the will is not destroyed ro concealed.
