What is the time limit to file an appeal from a lower court to the New Jersey Supreme Court?

Well you are going to first file with the Appellate Division, not the NJSC. For most matters, it is 45 days. There may be some other matters where it is more or less. I suggest meeting with an attorney if you are going to file an appeal as they can be quite complicated.
