Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
I am about $80,000 in chuld support arrears. Since getting a steady job in the spring of 2016 I have been sending in at least $200 every other week. I'm not making much more than minimum wages. I opened a bank account and child support wiped it all out and left me with .75. Can they do that? What can I do?

You can get a court order that sets forth what probation can or cannot do. You should have an attorney help you with that but with your wages and lack of bank account, that won't be easy.
