Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
Access the Safe and get new ATM cards without valid ID
My bank gave me access to the safe without asking my ID or sign the signature card. Also, when I report my ATM card was stolen, they issued me a new one after I provieded my SS# without seeing valid ID.
Do I have case against the bank and file a suit for the damange it may cause ?

With only a few exceptions that don't apply here, you can't sue for damages that have not occurred and are not certain to occur. If you think that your bank's security practices are inadequate, change banks.
