Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
Bank Accounts and Beneficiarys
I am named a beneficiary on an account with Fleet bank in 2002. Fleet is taken over by Bank of America. The person who named me beneficiary fills out no other paper work. She now has passed away. Do I now have rights to this account even though its with another bank?
