Bounced Checks from Vendors and Collecting Judgements

I have a customer who bounced checks to my company for payment.I am suing them in small claims court for money owed.Please tell me what the law is for bounced checks and any other legal action that can be taken for bouncing checks. Also I would like to know how I can collect when there is a judgement in my favor in regards to a company. Am I able to sue the individual? Please help us we are trying to expand our company.

Bringing your action to small claims court is the appropriate course of action. If you have a judgment outstanding against a company, and the company is unable to pay, then there may have some remedies available against the individuals (called "piercing the corporate veil"). For that action, you should speak with an attorney.
