Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
If someone is a convicted felon with charges of possession with the intent to distribute (over 10yrs ago) and now faces charges of bank fraud if found guilty will it be a second offense as a felon even though the charges are different and will the punishment be stronger because it is a second offense?
