Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
A customer owed me 250K. To secure the debt I was named 3rd on the list to the deed on his home. He has since paid the entire amount owed and wants me to remove my name from the deed which I agreed to do. Do I need an attorney to perform this action?
