Hello.I am writing because I have a debt with an online casino.They made me a payment plan for twelve months.I cannot afford the monthly payment and they said they cannot extend the payment pln.I intend on sending them what I can every month but they said if I do not send the full amount, they will send my debt to collections.Can they send it to collections?Will it affect my credit?Do you think I will need a lawyer, and if I do, will you be able to help me find one?Thank you very much for your time.

There is a possibility that you may not have to pay anything. That depends on your particular circumstances and it is not a matter that should be discussed in an open forum.
