Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
I delivered the last portion of a window and door order to a property in New Jersey then received final payment from the customer, but was later notified by our bank that the customer put a stop payment on the check. It has been over 14 days and he has the goods and is still refusing to pay the final bill. T
