Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
my friend has small buisness,today all his buisness account is on hold,he has legal order fee lts in his buisness bank of america account.what this mean?thank you for answers

First thing you should do is call the bank. Funds can be on hold for any number of reasons. Was he involved in any legal disputes? Were there any unusual transactions? Again, it can be for such a variety of of reasons, you'd first need to contact the bank. If they're unresponsive and the situation persists, then contact an attorney with the specific facts for an opinion and advice.
