Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
I have a joint bank account with my wife.Every week I just sign my pay check and she takes care of the banking.I come to find out that she is not making any deposits, instead she is withdrawing money out of the account.I don't know what she is doing with the money.What can I do about this.Is this criminal.???
