i need a lawyer to file I cant afford one
where do I go to get help so I can file bankrupt, I can't afford a lawyer

You can't afford not to have one.
Get a consultation with a bankruptcy lawyer. Most will give you a first consultation for free. Much of the cost of a bankruptcy can be paid from payments that you are probably making now that you won't have to pay after the filing. Check it out.
