An automatic ACH payment had been coming out of our business bank account for a lease that should have ended in 2006!!!! I stopped payment at the bank but can hope to get anything returned to us?

Re: Lease Agreements
Don't let anything get between you and the court. Find a lawyer if you don't already have one and sue for the return of the overpayments. There are several theories that will work. However, the longer you wait, the less likely that you will get anything back.
My firm handles matters of this type, however it may be easier for you to work with a lawyer whose office is closer to you.
