Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
I live in new jersey however a individual who has a fraudulent promissory note that he says was signed by back in 2010 is suing me for 20k the amount of note, the note was suppposely signed in new jersey but person and his attorney is filing suit in fla. can I us a new jersey attorney or do I have to get a fla license attorney.
