Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
Misuse of Name
I was engaged to be married to my ex for almost 2yrs. He had cheated on me, and our relationship ended. I have a Im From him stating that he broke it off. During the 2yrs we had used his credit cards. I received a laywers letter yesterday stating he is claiming i used his name, and cards without his knowledge. What should i do? I have never been in a situation like this before.

Unless you can afford to pay what they are asking or lose a lawsuit and have to do that anyway, you should hire a lawyer to help you.
