Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
I have a payroll check issued 9 months ago. it has no expiration date on it. it was not accepted by my bank. they do not accept checks older than six months. what's next? what do i do? how do i go about claiming this money and/or getting a replacement check?
ps: i am still an active employee.

Present the check for payment at the bank on which it is drawn. If that doesn't work, ask the maker to issue a replacement check.
