Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
someone stole my checks and cashed them
i am the owner of a two story house and i rent the top floor. when i went on vac. my upstairs tenent stole my checks from my mail box and cashed them for over 1,000 dollars. she made the checks out to her name and forged my signiture. what should i do the handle this? she denises it all
