Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
Can I sue my bank for double dipping? TD Bank has taken two Mortage payments for the last four months with no authorization.

If the bank took the payments in error, ask for the money back. If you owe the money, the bank may have the right of setoff against other accounts in their possession. Contact a lawyer who can review the documents and the circumstances of the charges with you.
