Legal Question in Banking Law in New Jersey
Can a wife withdrawl money on private account of husband
For more than a year it was common practice for the wife to deposit and withdrawl money and sign her husbands name on checks. If it's common practice between them can he get angry when she leves him and then file criminal charges, or can the bank that allowed this practice also file criminal charges.
