I continued to use them to pay my bills no luxury items but always payed the minimum every month, I had money from my 401k and savings. Four years later after using my last savings paid the minimum to all my cards. Still no job. I had 4 anxiety attacks and went to the hospital. My mother took me in helps me out. It has taken me almost three years to save for Bankruptcy. I also have 6 judgement against me. i have no assets. If i file For Bankruptcy could it be denied or accuse of fraud.

From what you describe, it appears that you did not incur debt with the belief that you would be filing bankruptcy, and that you have decided on bankruptcy after making your best effort to deal with the debts. I'm assuming that in the past 3 years that you have been "saving for bankruptcy," you made the minimum payments and used the cards very little or only for basic needs. If you would like assistance in evaluating whether bankruptcy is right for you, feel free to give me a call, or seek out the assistance of another attorney.
