IRA account bankruptcy exemption

No, they are not exempt, unless you set up the IRA when you were in the military service, a City Board of Health employee, a Street & Water Dept. employee, a prison officer, a municipal employee, a county employee, a policeman or fireman, an Alcoholic Beverage Law Enforcement Officer, a judge, a school district employee, or a state policeman AND the IRA is part of your retirement benefits.
