Can I file bankruptcy and exclude my home from the debt? I need relief from judgements prior to a garnishment being attached to my salary?

Re: Bankruptcy
Whether or not you can protect your home in bankruptcy depends on the value of non-exempt equity in your home and on many other factors. You should speak with an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to discuss your case in greater detail. We offer FREE consultations.

Re: Bankruptcy
It is possible to file for bankruptcy relief to simply wipe out unsecured debts (such as credit cards, medical bills, etc.) and where your mortgage remains unaffected and you simply pay it like normal. However, your particular case needs to be evaluated. Give me a call and I will be glad to discuss this with you in more detail. My office is located near you. You should act quickly if you are facing a wage garnishment.
