Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
After The Bankruptcy
What happens to the remaining debt amounts after a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy (5-year payment) is completed? Does the Creditor have the right to continue pursuit of payment regardless of the financial status of the Bankruptee after this period has expired and all qualifications have been met under the conditions of the bankruptcy?

Re: After The Bankruptcy
If you successfully consummate the Ch. 13 plan, then you are discharged of all remaining dischargeable debt.
