Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
When do I file bankruptcy?
I know that I have to file for bankruptcy to start a new financial life. However, I had to purchased a new car in the last month and had to take out a cash advance to do so. Will I be able to continue my car payments and keep the car? Should I wait a little longer since the purchase of my car to file? Also, I have student loans. How will they be affected?
Thanks

Re: When do I file bankruptcy?
You need to discuss this matter with an attorney. It is not that simple. Student loans are not dischargeable.
