Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
I have just filed bankrupcy and am in need of a little cash
some for the lawyer and some for health issues
is it ok to borrow a little now because once filed
no one is going to lend me any money my lawyer said
its ok but I am worried

Any debt you incur after speaking with a BK attorney can be considered fraud and could be subject to a lawsuit in Bankruptcy court in which the lender would request that the debt not be discharged because it was fraudulently obtained.
I would be careful.
