Can arrears of child support and current judgements of child support collection actions be in cluded in Ch 13 BK Claims in the state of NJ?

Yes, you can include them in chapter 13 plan in NJ, BUT unless you pay them in full through the chapter 13 plan you will not get a discharge (i.e., get your debts wiped out in bankrutpcy). In addition, there are a number of exceptions to the automatic stay for child support debts. You should hire a bankruptcy lawyer. The issues are too complex to do it yourself.
