How to get I get the judgements
removed since they are no longer valid and not on our credit report, but our still listed w/our town against our property ?
Since filing bankruptcy back in
2002

Judgments can be removed. However, it is done by way of a motion and other documents that must be filed with the court. I've done this for other clients, after bankruptcy.
