Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
Hi I live in NJ and I am in debt. I have a judgment against me for about 1400, and I just recieved an information subpena from another attorney saying that if I do not comply with them I may be arressted and incarcirated. I am unemloyed and I do not have any assessts. I live with family, I was also told they can come to my parents house and seize their belongings to pay this debt. I cannot afford an attorney to declare bankruptcy. Attornies in my areas charge over $2000 for this service and i cannot afford to pay these debts. What do i do???
