Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
Mortgage and property taxes
If I decide to file bankruptcu, will my mortgage payments still be required by me, and a full monthly payment; other words say my payment is $1800 with bankruptcy can a lower payment be negotated? How does bankruptcy help me with property tax bill?

If you want to continue living at the property or remain in ownership of the property, you must continue to pay your mortgage and taxes. Bankruptcy will not help you in that regard.
