Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
My Mother is 89 years old. She has faulted on some large debts. When they write them off she has to submit an Income Tax return. Eventually, with enough write off, she will be subject to paying income tax, which she can not afford. I guess what I need is a lawyer in my area, which is Goucester City NJ, so she can claim bankrupcy. She needs a lawyer that is resonable. Does anyone have any other ideas on this situation.
