Motor Vehicle Judgement on Non-Paid Surcharges
When filing bankruptcy will judgement by NJ Division of Motor Vehicles for non-payment of Motor Vehicle Surcharges of $11,000 be stopped and can license be reinstated with no payment of surcharges. Can chapter 7 be filed?

Under Chapter 13 (but not Chapter 7), under certain circumstances, you can file a plan that will allow for the reinstatement of your license.
