Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
In October I gave a roofing contractor a deposit to reroof my house. He was supposed to start the following week. He never started anything and would not return my phone calls. After cashing my deposit check he declared bankruptcy. What recourse, if any, do I have in getting my deposit back.
