i want to know if i can personally ask for withdraw my bankcrupcty petition with
I had a bad attorney which wasn't able to represent me or even my rights, now i don't request his services anymore. Can i personally ask for withdraw my bankcrupcty petition with an attorney? Going to the federal bancrupcty court?

Yes. You must go to the clerk's office at the bankrutpcy court to get the proper information. If only the petition and nothing else was filed, most times the court dismisses the case on its own. After a certain number of days has passed, and there is no further action on the case, the court will dismiss the case without any need to do anything.
