Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
I have a Sallie Mae Tuition Answer Loan. It's a Private loan, that Sallie Mae does not offer no more.Can it be discharged through Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

No because it is backed by the government it cannot be discharged without a showing of hardship such as severe illness, poverty, etc. All other debt would be dischargeable in a CHapter 7.
