Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
I dont want to sell our house
We are in dept of $200.000 in credit cards, we have never defaulted on any of our payments but it is becoming impossible, we own a house which is worth $300.000 but we have 1st & 2nd morgage for $225.000. We need to declare bankruphcy but I dont want to loose our house. The question is can we not loose the house???

You need to sit down with a bankruptcy attorney and examine all the numbers, including income and monthly expenses.
