Can I start a business during repayment

My husband and I filed Chapter 13 and started making payments to our trustee in November of 2004. Our settlement court date was Feb 2 2005. I wanted to know if and when I could start a business in my name under the chapter 13 payment plan?

I am not sure of what you mean by "under the Chapter 13 plan." You can start a business. You don't need to modify the plan so long as you are making the scheduled payments into it.
