Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
Need Urgent Answer on Bankruptcy Discharge
I have completed a Financial Management course on Nov 1,2006. I have received a notice from the US bankruptcy court stating'' NOTICE OF CASE CLOSING WITHOUT DISCHARGE''-DUE TO NOT COMPLETING THE COURSE. I have completed the course and have signed and submitted all documents with my attorney. What do I need to do in order to resolve this matter in which to receive my Chapter 7 discharge?
Thank You,

Re: Need Urgent Answer on Bankruptcy Discharge
I have read what the other attorney wrote, and he is correct.
Your attorney must solve this for you. If your attorney is not willing to do this, contact me and I will assist you in getting that done.
why do you have to ask for assistance, when you paid that attorney to do this?
Good luck to you.

Call your lawyer. He or she will be able to ensure that the court recognizes the completion of the course and gives you the discharge.
Don't delay.
