accident at car dealership
Husband brings our new car in to the dealership service for 1st oil change - leaves it in their possession to be worked on - employee moves the car to a parking spot and some old lady hits it. Who is responsible? Est. $1300 plus damage

I can't see how the dealership did anything wrong. It would seem that the person that hit the car is liable but that is just my opinion.
