Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Automobile purchasing

What if a person buys an automobile. The deal is finalized. All papers have been signed. Then, about 6 or 7 months later the newspaper advertises that the same automobile this person purchased, is at least $600.00 cheaper. Can this person go and get some kind of reimbursement?

Re: Automobile purchasing

All products are put on sale or have price increases from time to time. Cars are no different from eggs, which are no different from television sets, which are no different from hats. Each has different prices at different times. If the price had gone up, could the seller have come back to you to ask for more money? Of course not; likewise, you cannot get a refund. I wish I had a better answer for you! Good Luck!
