Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

In the begining of December I purchased one discus fish from a supplier in Washington state. The fish arrived and as it turned out it carried an airborne infection which caused the loss of the 80 discus I already had. The supplier admitted to the fault and agreed to replace all of the discus I lost which totaled $7000.00 . Their replacement discus arrived yesterdayand only 20 were sent of which two were dead on arrival and one died within 6 hours. The others have serious problems as well. I have all the email correspondance along with voicemails admitting their fault. I also have the email that said they were sending 20 top quality six inch fish. Now I believe that is a binding contract that has been breached since they sent 20 4.5 inch fish that were not of quality. Do I have a case aqainst them ?

You have enough to get the case in front of a judge. What happens then is up to the judge. How viable the case is depends on whether you can bring the action in NJ or whether it has to go to WA. That will depend on whether there is a written contract and what it says.
