Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Breach of Contract (LLC)

I bought an LLC 2 months ago via ebay but the deal was made outside of course. The seller gave me about 10% of what was to be included in the deal. I dont even know who owns the LLC still, which I need to find out. He stated he would give a refund and take it back if it didnt work out. Well since I never got anything to begin with and he is hiding I need to take legal action to be refuned 10k. I have the auction page and emials as proof.

Are you the same guy that is out the 22k as well? Like I told you (him) call the police or sue. Those are your options. You will probably want to get an attorney to help you with all of this.

Re: Breach of Contract (LLC)

You have not stated sufficient facts to provide a complete answer, such as what you thought you were buying and what you received. For $5.00 you can go to the NJ State website and check the status of the LLC and who are the principals. You may probably have to sue the Seller to recover your money, as you went outside E-Bay and cannot look to them to assist you. If you need more information, contact me directly.
