Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
Business Defunct but was used to operate
hi, I incorporated a business 5 years ago and never really operated it. So never submitted taxes or anything... I started using it again last year, then realized that it had gone defunct for several years. what are my options? Is there a way to close it down without incurring penalties? what do i do about taxes for income generated during this and last year? Can i start up a llc and transfer to that? Help!! I'm just trying to get something going in this crazy economy..
