can an employee handbook become a legal document if signed by the employee on the last page

An Employee Handbook can become a binding agreement between the employer and employee. Both sides would be bound. Because the actual wording of the handbook is crucial to determining the responsibilies of both parties, it should be reviewed by a good business attorney.
