cancelation of wedding

My daughter is scheduled to get

married on 9-15-07, however the

groom to be wants to call it off. The

place where I rented out says they

will not refund the $4000 I

deposited. Is that legal?

Do you have a written contract with them.

Does it have a cancellation clause?

Will they be able to book the location to someone else?
