cheating girlfriend
woman convinces man to move to another state ,changing job to a lower paying one. So he could move in with her, and help her with the rent and other expenses. Within seven months the finds out that the woman has been cheating him with the next door neighbor and other men. After confronting with the facts. She tells him he must leave her house that he shared the expenses with. Can the man sue her to recover losses due to fase promises.

Sorry, this is a case of "buyer beware". There are no guarantees in love. If she holds a gun to your head and forces you to take an action, then you would have a different outcome. I don't see any case here.
Note that in some states there is a tort called "alienation of affection" whereby it is actionable to 'take the love' of another (meaning that here, you could sue your girlfriend's lover), but this applies to marriage only, and the list of states that allow this tort are getting smaller.
