class action law suits
are the names of the plaintiffs public if the class action suit is approved and money is paid? how would you get the names of the plaintiffs?

The name of the putative plaintiff, or class representative, should be on the pleadings and available as a matter of public record in any lawsuit filed in federal or state court. The process for notification of and payment to other class members also should be available as a matter of public record.
