A corporation whose charter has been revoked cannot pursue a suit in New Jersey. At least until the charter is restored, the corporation is a non-entity. If you are involved in such a suit, you should ask your lawyer to move for a dismissal. Of course it is possible that the corporation could have successors who may have the ability to pursue a suit based on their interests, but the record should be corrected to make that clear.
